Rilla is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. As a part of our founding team, you will play a crucial role in building high-quality products quickly and efficiently. Rilla is a leading virtual ridealong software for outside sales and service, utilizing AI to transcribe and analyze sales conversations to improve performance.

The Role
As a Software Engineer at Rilla, you will:
- Build high-quality products quickly.
- Contribute to building new features from scratch.
- Have empathy for users and build solutions for them.
- Push for a high bar for code quality and technical decisions.
- Help recruit future engineers to expand the team.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in building software, ideally in startups.
- Ability to move fast and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Customer-first mindset and interest in talking with customers.
- Experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python is a bonus.
- Experience in deploying infrastructure in AWS is a bonus.
Compensation
Our compensation philosophy is to always pay top of market - above the 90th percentile. This means we will pay you more than what you’re currently earning or what the market offers.
