Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software products.
- Contribute to building new features from scratch, pushing forward our technical roadmap.
- Engage with customers to ensure the solutions meet their needs.
- Set high standards for code quality and technical decisions.
- Scale your skills in leadership and execution as the company grows.
- Assist in recruiting and mentoring future engineers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in startups.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, including backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems.
- Experience with Typescript, Node.js, React, React Native, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bonus: Experience in mentoring engineers and conducting technical interviews.

Compensation
- Competitive salary ranging from €190,000 to €230,000 annually.
