About the Role
Join Rilla as a Software Engineer and be part of a dynamic team at one of the fastest-growing startups in the world. We are looking for an engineer who can build high-quality products quickly and efficiently. You will collaborate with everyone at Rilla, including our customers, to deliver a world-class solution.
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality products rapidly.
- Contribute to building new features from scratch as we advance our technical roadmap.
- Have empathy for our users and build solutions for them without explicit planning or expectations.
- Maintain a high standard for the quality of our codebase and technical decisions.
- Scale yourself and grow individually as the company scales.
- Help recruit future engineers to expand the team.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in building software, ideally some of it in startups.
- Ability to move fast and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality.
- A customer-first mindset and an interest in talking with customers to ensure what we’re building meets their needs.
- Bonus if you have experience in React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
- Bonus if you have experience in deploying infrastructure in AWS.

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy is to always pay top of the market. The cash compensation for this role is between $165,000 - $190,000, with equity offered on top of the cash compensation.

We use AI to automatically transcribe and analyze conversations to help improve sales and make sales managers' virtual ridealongs more productive. We are on a mission to make the offline world of commerce as searchable and easy to understand as the internet.
