About the Role
Wrike is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our internal team focused on developing core parts of our product. This role involves enhancing the technical foundation, product architecture, and complex UI components of our platform. You will have the autonomy to make significant decisions impacting the product and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and improve performance weak points in our product.
- Develop and enhance core product features and components, such as table components.
- Enhance developer experience by providing useful APIs and building blocks for product features.
- Work within a classic Scrum framework in an independent team of 5-8 members.
Technical Stack
- React + TypeScript
- Webpack, ESLint, PostCSS, Micro Frontends
- Angular + Dart for legacy features
Ideal Candidate
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software development.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience in building complex UI components.
- Experience with performance optimization of web applications.
- Experience in designing micro frontend based applications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience in building web applications architecture with React.
- Experience with WebSocket, progressive loading, and real-time updates.
- Strong team player and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage team members.
- Desire to mentor and support less experienced developers.
