Overview
Join Wrike, a leading enterprise-ready, cloud-based collaborative work management platform, as a Senior Backend Engineer on our Enterprise team in Prague. This role is pivotal in building solutions for the Professional Services segment of Wrike customers, contributing directly to the success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex customer problems from concept and design to implementation and release.
- Maintain excellent technical quality of the solutions we build.
- Collaborate daily with backend and frontend engineers, QA, product managers, designers, and engineering managers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience with Java, REST, SQL, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant software development experience or a Master’s degree with 5 years of experience.
- Expertise in relational and non-relational storages (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Fluent English and clear communication skills.
- Proactiveness in improving tech foundation and delivery processes.
- Understanding of customer problems we are solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise companies.
- Experience in product discovery alongside PMs and designers.
- System design and architecture of complex solutions.
