Role Overview
As a Staff Go Engineer at Thesis*, you will be instrumental in seeding one of our upcoming projects’ node/bridge development. You will focus on writing Go code and interfacing deeply with Solidity/EVM functionality. This role is pivotal in leading a small team and taking on tech lead responsibilities in the near future.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality Go code and interface with Solidity/EVM.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers.
- Solve complex problems with a focus on security and supportability.
- Document your work and decisions to aid in team understanding and project continuity.
- Engage with the engineering and web3 communities to stay updated with best practices.
- Prioritize security in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a staff role or 5 years as a full stack engineer in high-performance environments.
- Strong knowledge of Go and familiarity with Solidity-Go bindings.
- Experience with Bitcoin or related ecosystems is a plus.
