Job Overview
TurnKey Tech Staffing is seeking a talented Senior Staff Engineer to join our team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal for our core infrastructure and major new product releases. The ideal candidate will be highly autonomous, possessing high context sensitivity with the ability to ship new core primitives and act as a leader within the team.
Responsibilities
- Design and build major new primitives in the Turnkey infrastructure.
- Design and build new product features end-to-end driven by customer requests.
- Write internal product specifications, engage in internal implementation debates, and create external developer documentation, whitepapers, etc.
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with expertise in Go, Typescript, and Rust.
- Proven experience in building and operating large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure.
- Experience in building scaled crypto products is essential.
Bonus Points
- Public contributions to open source projects.
- Experience defining cryptographic specifications.
- Experience implementing cryptographic systems from well-defined specifications.
