About the Role
As a Staff Software Engineer at Grow Therapy, you will have significant autonomy and scope to impact our technology and product offerings. You will engage with multiple product areas including the provider portal, marketplace, client experience, infrastructure, and operations. This role involves full-stack development, utilizing Flask/Python on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, with infrastructure managed on AWS.
What You'll Do
- Develop a robust cost estimation and eligibility checking platform, integrating data from various sources and implementing the necessary logic and infrastructure.
- Create a world-class note-taking experience for providers, managing the full-stack development from syncing to intelligent prefilling and caching.
- Optimize search ranking and performance at scale, developing algorithms to match clients with the ideal therapist based on various criteria.
Who You Are
- You have over 6 years of engineering experience, having built and scaled systems and made complex engineering decisions.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, having worked in startups or on your own projects, and have a strong product and design sense.
- You are a leader, experienced in mentoring other engineers and setting best practices for your team.
- You are a highly motivated team player, eager to take ownership of your work and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Python and Flask experience.
- Interesting side projects.
