Job Overview
Upwork has partnered with an Enterprise client, a generative AI data company, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swift Coding Expert who is fluent in Korean. This role is crucial for ensuring the high quality of the company's project deliverables by managing a dedicated pod of contributors working on translation tasks and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Pod Management: Lead and manage a pod of contributors with a primary focus on quality, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Daily Audits: Perform daily audits to assess and enhance the quality of data annotations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Contributor Support: Collaborate with contributors to address and resolve quality-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, project guidelines, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Swift Coding expert/iOS Developer.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with contributors and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze data annotation quality metrics and drive improvements.
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential for effective communication and collaboration with the team.
- Previous experience in translation is a plus.
Additional Information
- This position is anticipated to be 40+ hours a week for approximately a month.
