Web Manager, Scaled Web Development

Job Overview

Meta is seeking a Web Manager to join our global Meta for Business Web Team. This team is responsible for running the largest scaled channels that support businesses of all sizes. As a Web Manager, you will focus on driving experiences for various audiences, including businesses, developers, agencies, and partners. You will build and drive performance and optimization of marketing sites to educate, inspire, and convert audiences on our business, enterprise, and developer products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Drive B2B Web Surfaces: Develop new capabilities and experiences across platforms, focusing on B2B website initiatives based on business needs, data, insights, and trends.
• Define and Drive KPIs: Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for B2B content and experiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights that drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
• Project Management: Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables, and lead project execution.
• Liaison with Web Development Teams: Ensure website requirements are represented and supported, building deep subject matter expertise in Meta web technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in website management with a proven track record of success driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences.
• Understanding of technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management systems, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling, high-performing B2B web experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills within matrixed organizations, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects to success with minimal guidance.
• Experience communicating high-level strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organizations, including leadership and non-technical audiences.

Compensation

• Salary Range: €96,000 - €143,000 per year
• Additional Compensation: Bonus and equity
