Job Overview
Meta is seeking a Web Manager to join our global Meta for Business Web Team. This team is responsible for running the largest scaled channels that support businesses of all sizes. As a Web Manager, you will focus on driving experiences for various audiences, including businesses, developers, agencies, and partners. You will build and optimize marketing sites to educate, inspire, and convert audiences on our business, enterprise, and developer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Drive B2B Web Surfaces: Develop new capabilities and experiences across platforms, focusing on B2B website initiatives.
- Lead Execution: Manage the execution of website features, functionality, content, and experiences based on business needs and data insights.
- Define KPIs: Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for B2B content and experiences.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights and drive engagement.
- Liaison with Web Development Teams: Ensure website requirements are met and build expertise in Meta web technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in website management with a proven track record of driving business impact on a global scale.
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of website management, including analytics, UX, SEO, domain management, and content management systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to create high-performing B2B web experiences.
- Ability to communicate strategy and technical details across teams and organizations.

Compensation
- Salary: $96,000/year to $143,000/year
- Additional Compensation: Bonus, equity, and benefits
