Job Overview
Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our Product Infrastructure team in San Francisco, California. This role is ideal for a technical leader who is passionate about building robust infrastructure solutions and managing high-performing engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Act as a hands-on coder and technical leader, guiding the team in developing infrastructure solutions.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with various departments to drive engineering initiatives and ensure alignment with product strategy.
- Technical Design: Participate in and oversee the technical design process, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an expert in infrastructure, influencing product strategy and technical direction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on technical management and building web-based software solutions.
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in C++, Java, Python, or PHP.
- Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Team Management: Proven experience in recruiting, managing, and developing technical teams.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: €177,000 to €251,000 per year
