We are seeking an experienced Android Software Engineer to join our Travel Things team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and off-site.
About the Role
As an Android Software Engineer, you will be part of a high-performing cross-functional team of 7 engineers, a Product Manager, and a Designer. You will work on our future ancillaries retail platform, enhancing the customer experience across new and innovative touchpoints. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining our best-rated mobile app using a top-notch tech stack including Kotlin, Compose, Dagger/Hilt, Coroutines, JUnit, Jenkins, and more.
- Delivering high-quality and clean code following SOLID principles.
- Collaborating with talented colleagues and participating in workshops, tech talks, and other company events.
- Engaging in product ideation processes to bring new ideas to life.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Kotlin.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A good level of technical English to collaborate with our diverse team.
