What you need to be successful

To be eligible for our program, you must:

• Have the right to live in Germany and/or hold an EU passport
• Have (or be graduating this summer from) a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• If graduated, you may have a max of 2 years of engineering experience in the above scopes through projects, internships, and/or full-time work
• Showcase interest in/excitement for technology outside of the classroom (open-source/side projects, leadership/volunteering roles, Github activity, conference attendance, etc.)
• Have a good understanding of coding best practices (data structures/algorithms) and direct experience with coding in relevant languages and technologies (see below)
• Be an analytical thinker and strong problem solver with a humble, inquisitive approach
• Have good communication and collaboration skills
• Be business fluent in English
• Be excited about working in a fast-moving, agile company where we learn from our mistakes

Technical skills we look for:

• Mobile (Android)
• Kotlin, Java, React Native

Generally, we also expect your curiosity in learning/trying out new technologies.
