Exoticca is a fast-growing online tour operator that’s disrupting the Travel Tech sector. Founded in Barcelona in 2013, nowadays the startup is made up of over 400 passionate travel experts whose goal is to make exotic travel accessible to as many people as possible worldwide. By developing unique technological solutions and partnering directly with trusted local operators, Exoticca can offer extraordinary travel packages at never-before-seen prices. Role Overview
As a Data Analyst in our Data Insights Team, you will play a key role in leveraging data for decision-making across Exoticca. Your main responsibilities include:
- Utilizing SQL to extract and analyze data.
- Working with automation tools like DBT or Airflow.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, performing ad-hoc analyses, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborating with the Data team to maintain a relevant data structure.
- Managing multiple data sources and identifying improvements in data tracking and reporting processes.
- Managing Web & App Analytics tools implementation such as Google Analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
- Experience with GA4, Adobe or similar.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, DBT.
- Experience with modern visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Extremely detail oriented and proactive.
- Ability to present complex things in an easily understandable way.
- Knowledge of GTM is nice to have.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
