The Role
As a Senior Growth Data Analyst at HelloFresh, you will be a pivotal member of the Growth Analytics team within the International Marketing Analytics group. Your primary responsibility will be to support Growth stakeholders in their decision-making processes by providing key data insights and analytics. You will serve as the main contact for data-related queries and play a crucial role in optimizing marketing campaigns and channel efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns and channel targeting.
- Translate business questions into actionable analytics.
- Create ad-hoc insights, Lift Tests, AB test analyses, reporting, and visualization.
- Utilize various databases and querying/programming languages to access, manipulate, and present data.
- Improve the overall approach to Growth Analytics within the group, bringing key analytical insights to various organizational levels.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with other analysts, taking responsibility for your own projects while also being a team player.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing Analytics or related domains such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Science.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics and statistical modeling.
- A degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and BigQuery.
- Experience in building dashboards using Tableau.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as regression, clustering, and time series analysis.
- Experience in team management, mentoring, or managing analysts is beneficial.
