About The Role

This role demands the capability to manage routine individual tasks and exhibit small unit leadership, all within a team that has clear goals. A passionate and certified Data Analyst is desired. The ideal candidate will transform data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive lifecycle analysis, encompassing requirements, activities, and design. The Data Analyst will also develop analytics and reporting capabilities while monitoring performance and quality control plans for ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Management: Supervise the complete data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to storage and distribution, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout.
• ETL Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse or data lake, while optimizing for performance.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Perform thorough analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business decisions.
• Data Visualization: Develop engaging and interactive data visualizations using Tableau to communicate intricate data narratives effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage closely with cross-functional teams to decipher business needs and translate them into practical data solutions while communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills

• Data Management & ETL: Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, with a solid grasp of ETL processes and tools for efficient data transformation.
• Data Analysis: Advanced statistical analysis capabilities to identify insights and trends, with experience in data cleaning, validation, and normalization techniques.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in Tableau for crafting interactive and informative dashboards to represent complex data clearly and engagingly.
• Programming: Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R) for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop data-driven solutions and insightful recommendations.
