What Will Make You Successful in This Role?
- Strong understanding of data architecture and modeling.
- Proficiency in Python for data with a functional approach.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Previous experience with REST and SOAP APIs for data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD with a multi-branch approach.
- Over 5 years of experience in data engineering.
- Experience in data projects related to accounting, financial performance management, and financial planning and analysis.
- Fluency in English.
- Desirable: Experience with DBT, Spark, and data streaming technologies.
Your Mission
- Refine and visualize technical solutions to meet business requirements, adhering to client data standards and frameworks.
- Implement data pipelines, processes, and APIs within the data platform's technical stack.
- Be responsible for testing the development environment and providing basic evidence of results.
- Support QA engineers during the system integration testing phase and manage production deployments.
- Assist the team in resolving production environment issues with existing data pipelines and REST APIs.
- Lead the documentation effort for implemented technical solutions at the User Story and Data Catalog levels.
