Job Summary
Explora Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As a fully integrated digital solutions provider, we cater to international brands looking to create Web3 experiences. Our partners rely on our unique ability to craft innovative projects that redefine customer expectations, from strategy to engineering, all the way to customer care support.
In this role, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven decision-making across key business stakeholders. You will work closely with the Marketing (Acquisition, Retention) and Operations (Customer Support) teams to support day-to-day activities and help them meet their KPIs. Reporting to the Data & Advanced Analytics Manager, you will approach business challenges with an open-minded, creative mindset, finding innovative solutions through data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and define the key questions to guide the analysis and decision-making process.
- Extract, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
- Analyze data using different analysis techniques (mainly descriptive and diagnostic analysis) and transform findings into clear insights and dashboards.
- Present findings through impactful data storytelling and charts to non-technical audiences.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization to improve the business's ability to meet its targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working within a Business Intelligence or Analytics/Insights team.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for extracting and cleaning data.
- Experience with developing dashboards in Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights to business.
- Experience in Marketing (traffic conversion, customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis).
