Bitpanda is seeking a passionate Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team of data enthusiasts. Our mission is to operate a modern data platform and build user-friendly data products that enable decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Contribute to Data Model Design: Work on the ongoing design of our core data model to support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and potential enhancements early on.
- Ensure Data Quality: Maintain high data quality of the core data layer.
- Enable Analysts: Support analysts across the organization by providing the necessary data tools and insights.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to team strategy and roadmapping to align efforts with broader organizational goals.
Who You Are
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with SQL, Python, and dbt. Experience with Airflow is a plus.
- Data Modelling: Hands-on experience with data-modelling and an understanding of different data-modelling concepts such as dimensional modelling and OBT.
- Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
