Role Overview
As a Deployment Engineer at Fox Robotics, you will be instrumental in the hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and operation of our cutting-edge autonomous forklifts at various customer sites. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of our robotic systems. You will also act as a vital link between our customers and our engineering teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of autonomous forklifts at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotics systems.
- Gather and analyze data from deployments to inform product development.
- Work closely with the engineering team to refine products based on feedback.
- Travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) to various customer locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5-7 years) in a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools like voltmeters.
- Experience with Linux and scripting languages such as Python is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
