Digital Transformation Consultant, AI Solutions

About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Consultant specializing in AI Solutions at Google, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation. You will leverage your expertise in AI and digital technologies to design and implement innovative solutions that address our clients' unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Evaluate AI Use Cases: Work across customer support functions to identify potential AI use cases. Conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and impact of proposed AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with various teams to explore and experiment with new AI technologies and approaches. Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design and Implement AI Solutions: Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that address identified customer support challenges. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure efficient AI operations.
• Scale AI Solutions: Develop plans to scale successful AI solutions across the entire Ads customer support organization. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using AI.
• Program Management: Utilize excellent program management skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation programs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders and managing IT technical implementations.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in IT consulting or program management organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Google Ads products and knowledge of evolving tech/AI roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize data into useful formats.

Salary and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
