About the Role
As a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant specializing in AI Solutions at gTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in AI and digital transformation to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer support functions and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify AI Use Cases: Evaluate potential AI use cases across customer support functions and conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate their feasibility and impact.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with various teams to explore and experiment with new AI technologies and approaches, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design and Implement AI Solutions: Develop and implement AI-powered solutions to address customer support challenges, collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Scale AI Solutions: Develop plans to scale successful AI solutions across the Ads customer support organization, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Program Management: Utilize excellent program management skills to influence senior stakeholders and ensure efficient AI operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders and managing IT technical implementations.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in IT consulting or program management organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with Google Ads products and knowledge of evolving tech/AI roadmaps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

gTech Ads is responsible for providing support and media services for customers using Google's Ad products. We partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop solutions that enhance client experiences and ensure customers get the best return on investment with Google.
Salary and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location, with additional factors such as skills, experience, and education considered.
