Introduction
At IBM, transformation is at the core of our operations, and our Business Transformation Consultants are pivotal in driving large-scale changes across IBM's business units and geographies. As a Consulting AI Leader, you will play a crucial role in IBM's ongoing transformation, focusing on AI governance and ethical AI practices.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As the IBM Consulting AI Leader, your primary responsibility will be to meticulously analyze AI models for potential risks, such as data bias, output bias, and decision bias. You will provide actionable recommendations for mitigation, ensuring that AI systems are trustworthy and ethical. Your role will involve:
- Conducting thorough audits of AI models and communicating complex findings to practitioners.
- Staying ahead of emerging trends, best practices, and evolving regulations in AI governance and cybersecurity.
- Driving and executing AI assessments and processes within assigned business units through the Integrated Governance Program (IGP).
- Educating and enabling IBM Consulting teams on AI policies and practices.
- Collaborating with AI Ethics Focal Points and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with IBM Consulting's programs.
- Coordinating with Business AI Leaders and other stakeholders to build a community of experts and share best practices.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong consultancy background with experience in management consulting.
- Passion for AI developments and AI governance.
- Experience with AI strategy and AI-enabled business transformation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Relevant certifications in the AI field.
