Overview

As we gear up for rapid growth, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our backend team and contribute to our multi-cloud FinOps platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the product's direction and work on projects that have a significant impact on our customers' success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small team of talented engineers in developing new features and enhancements for our platform.
- Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring that all features meet the high standards required for enterprise-grade software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and customer support to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on real-world use cases.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creativity and experimentation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing backend development teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong technical skills in software architecture and back-end development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving their best performance.
- Experience with cloud services and financial operations software is a plus.
