Join BairesDev as a Partnership Executive
BairesDev is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals looking to advance their careers in one of the fastest-growing companies in the IT services and consulting industry.
What You Will Do:
- Lead Generation: Contact potential sales channels via email to establish rapport and set up meetings, ensuring quality conversations.
- Promotion: Present and promote our services and referral program using solid arguments to existing and prospective sales channels and their prospects.
- Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with sales channels.
- Conversion: Receive prospects from Sales Channels and convert them into leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations and Sales teams to close new leads, and with the Sourcing team to close new channels.
- Initiative: Proactively work with the team to identify, plan, and implement new lead generation initiatives, both within the internal referral program and for business development in general.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Account Management or Business Development roles, with at least 1 year of experience working with the US market.
- Skills: Excellent people skills, with strong selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Organization: Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Autonomy: Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, able to work autonomously and remotely.
- Language: Advanced English level.
