Our flagship product, Sola RPA, allows users to transition from recorded tasks to robotic processes, streamlining tasks like data entry, web scraping, and document processing.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Founding Backend Engineer, you will:
- Drive the development of core features that help analysts, paralegals, and admins solve business problems.
- Build the backend that powers our Figma-esque interface for editing and interfacing with workflows.
- Develop backend services to integrate advanced AI systems for document processing and workflow generation.
- Handle scalability and performance challenges associated with running automation workloads across various websites.
- Collaborate directly with our founders and a small, agile team to shape the future of our product and company culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in shipping products and making tough decisions during development.
- Ability to build systems that enable fast product iteration, weighing trade-offs between functionality, quality, and technical debt.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, AWS architecture, and containerization technologies.
- Passion for well-designed technical architecture and technical excellence.
