Who is Kula and what do we do?

Kula is an EF and YC backed tech company aiming to replace 20 million salespeople with AI. Our current tech team boasts alumni from MIT, IIT, Cambridge, Microsoft, and Palantir. We have a history of scaling products to 5 million monthly users and patenting machine learning algorithms for real-world applications. We're on the lookout for a Founding Software Engineer to join our team and help us cater to over 500 businesses that love using Kula.

Where is this role based?

We welcome applicants interested in both San Francisco and London. We support our engineering team with O-1 Visa applications, ensuring you have the assistance needed to join us.

What will you do?

As an engineer, you will work directly with our CTO, creating and iterating on technical projects:

• Design & build core features for Kula's Web App and backend services
• Ideate on new features for the product
• Make architectural decisions to help Kula scale
• Write sustainable, testable, high-quality, high-performance code
• Collaborate with teammates through planning, pair programming, code review, and testing
