What You’ll Do
As a Founding Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the backend infrastructure of Sola RPA. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are robust, scalable, and adhere to best practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing core features that empower analysts, paralegals, and admins to solve business problems efficiently.
- Building the backend for our Figma-esque interface, enabling seamless workflow editing and interaction.
- Integrating advanced AI systems for document processing and adaptive workflow execution.
- Addressing scalability and performance challenges to ensure high reliability across diverse websites.
- Collaborating with our founders and a small, agile team to shape the future of our product and company culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shipping early-stage products driven by customer demands.
- Strong understanding of building systems that enable fast product iteration.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, AWS architecture, and containerization technologies.
- Passion for well-designed technical architecture and technical excellence.
- Ability to make tough decisions and weigh trade-offs between functionality, quality, and technical debt.
