Job Overview
As a Founding Software Engineer at Talnt, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technology in the AI and machine learning space. You will lead the development of our agent platform, overseeing aspects such as reasoning, learning, integrations, runtime, and technical architecture. This role is pivotal in establishing the technical foundation for the company and defining the experience for our early customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our agent platform.
- Maintain high engineering standards.
- Develop and ship a high-scale agent service managing thousands of remote services and integrations.
- Continuously iterate towards product-market fit in an early-stage environment.
- Engage with end users to understand their needs and aspirations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in high-performance programming languages such as Rust, C++, Go, Kotlin, or Scala.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, particularly probabilistic systems.
- Experienced in operating high-scale distributed infrastructure, including technologies like Kubernetes, Kafka, and Spark.
- Skilled in building and optimizing AI products using major tools (both open and closed source).
- Passionate about generative AI and experienced in building ML/AI systems.

- Ability to move quickly while improving the codebase's quality.
