Job Overview
Esteemed Inc. is seeking a startup-experienced Fractional CTO for a part-time, advisory role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology leadership within startup environments, particularly in the FinTech sector. The role focuses on reviewing the current tech stack and code to ensure quality and consistency, as well as evaluating and making recommendations on processes, strategic initiatives, and integration roadmaps to ensure a strong foundation for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Tech Stack Review: Analyze and review the current technology stack, which includes React, AWS, and PCI, to ensure it meets the quality and consistency standards required for a successful product launch.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice on technology processes and initiatives to support the startup's growth objectives.
- Integration Roadmaps: Develop and recommend integration roadmaps to ensure seamless technology operations and scalability.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of the technology stack.
Required Experience
- Startup Experience: Proven experience working in startup environments, particularly in the FinTech industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of React, AWS, and basic infrastructure and hosting.
- Payment Processing: Experience with payment processing systems and PCI compliance.
About the Role
This role is part-time and remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic startup poised for growth. The initial engagement is for a startup product set to go live in the next three months, with the potential for a longer-term commitment for the right candidate.
