About the Role
Join Lamacompta as a Lead Developer with a potential future as CTO. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of work through our dedicated recruitment platform for accounting firms. You will be part of a dynamic team, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in our industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop new products such as matching systems, technical tests, and employer branding barometers.
- Maintain and evolve existing products.
- Contribute to product strategy discussions.
- Manage the product roadmap on Linear.

- Lamacompta.co: A platform for employment and showcasing employer brands of accounting firms.
- LamaDash: A management tool for job offers, applications, and candidate matching.
- Employer Branding Barometer: A tool for surveying employee perceptions.
- Lamatch: A matching tool between candidates and firms.
Technical Stack
- Frontend: Gatsby / React / GraphQL
- Backend: Strapi / Node / PostgreSQL
- DevOps: Docker / Terraform / Kubernetes / AWS
- Tools: Gitlab / Linear
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of experience in development, with expertise in both frontend (HTML/CSS/JS-TS, preferably with React/Gatsby) and backend (JS-TS on Node, SQL databases like PostgreSQL, preferably on Strapi).
- Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS).
- Interest in no-code tools and data automation (Webflow, Bubble, Weweb, Make, etc.).
- Strong execution skills and business orientation.
- Comfortable with feedback and continuous improvement.
