Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, particularly with Java, Groovy, and Spring Boot on the backend, and Angular on the frontend. The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site work in Frankfurt.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Utilize your expertise in Java, Groovy, and Spring Boot to develop robust backend solutions. You will be expected to have completed at least two reference projects demonstrating your skills in these areas.
- Frontend Development: Work with Angular, Cypress, TypeScript, PrimeNG, Karma, and Jasmine to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. A minimum of one reference project in this area is required.
- Database Management: Manage and optimize databases using Postgres, Hibernate, JPA, and Liquibase. Experience in database optimization is a plus.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Implement Docker and OpenShift for container orchestration. You should have completed at least one project involving these technologies.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute tests to ensure the quality and performance of applications. Experience in creating tests for applications is required.
- Agile Methodologies: Work within a Scrum framework to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Internationalization: Experience with application internationalization using tools like Loco is beneficial.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficiency in backend development with Java, Groovy, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Angular and related frontend technologies.
- Strong knowledge of database technologies and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Docker and OpenShift for container management.
- Fluent in German (native or C2 level certification).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in state management in frontend applications using NGXS.
- Familiarity with Scrum and agile development practices.
- Experience in application internationalization.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work. The majority of the work (476 days) will be remote, with 5 days required on-site in Frankfurt am Main.
