This role is perfect for someone who is excited about new ideas and techniques in front-end development and ensures that our web application functions optimally on all modern devices and browsers.
About the Role
As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the user interface and user interaction of our web application works optimally across all modern devices and browsers. You will use the most modern front-end technologies, while also considering scalability and maintainability. Your technical skills will lead to beautiful innovations that enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the front-end of our web application using Angular and TypeScript.
- Ensure the application is user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with SCRUM teams and product managers to develop new features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in front-end development techniques and technologies.
- Provide direction in front-end development and inspire other engineers.
What You Bring
- A strong sense of quality and meticulous work ethic.
- A positive attitude and willingness to think critically and propose solutions.
- Expertise in developing excellent user experiences and connecting design with technology.
- Initiative and courage to propose and implement new ideas and technologies.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Front-End Developer or Full-Stack Developer in web development projects using Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience with SCSS, CSS3, BEM, NgRx, RxJS, Tailwind, and GIT.
- Knowledge of best practices & principles such as TDD/BDD, SOLID, and design patterns.
- Experience in one or more back-end programming languages, such as C#.NET, is a plus.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
