As a Frontend Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on our Motors platform, which is a key component of our marketplace ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Build Scalable Platforms: Develop and maintain products with billions of page views per month, used by people around the globe.
• Solve Technical Challenges: Collaborate with engineers from other European offices to deliver impactful solutions for millions of customers.
• Own the Development Process: Participate in product design discussions, write and review code, and assure quality and strategy for development.
• Advocate for Quality: Focus on product quality, security, and performance improvements that impact your team and others.
• Contribute to DevOps: Promote a DevOps mentality and contribute to the EU engineering community through our guilds.
• Promote Discovery: Engage in the discovery process with access to our research panel.
• Shape OKRs: Work alongside product managers to help shape Objectives and Key Results.
• Resolve Production Issues: Assist in assessing and resolving production issues with the development and operations teams.

Who We're Looking For

• Critical Mindset: Ability to contribute to achieving team goals.
• Effective Communication: Able to communicate complex technical concepts in English to different disciplines.
• Experience with Large-Scale Web Applications: Demonstrated expertise in front-end development and economic thinking.
• Passionate about TDD: Experience with Test-Driven Development.
• JavaScript Expertise: 3+ years of experience building JavaScript apps, with knowledge of React and Redux.
• Front-End Architectures: Focus on performance for both server-side and client-side.
• CI/CD Practices: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices, RESTful APIs, and AWS.
