Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust UI architecture using NextJS/React JS.
- Design and implement reusable components and patterns.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in UI development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
- Optimize web application performance and user experience.
- Lead UI design principles and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Write unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of experience with React or similar technologies.
- 3+ years of experience with Next.js, including SSR, CSR, and SSG.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and SEO principles.
- Proficient in modern web development tools like ES6/Babel, Node.js, NPM, and Webpack.

This position is remote but requires working EST hours. Preference is given to candidates local to or willing to relocate to Dearborn, MI for hybrid work. Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
