Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Discuss and develop solutions with the product manager.
- Implement features across the full stack in a vertically organized team.
- Operate and maintain the infrastructure and applications your team develops.
- Participate in platform-wide discussions on architecture and standards.
- Lead by example in technical coordination and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-stack Software Engineer.
- Strong expertise in backend frameworks and programming languages, preferably Java, Kotlin, or Spring Boot.
- Proficient knowledge of major cloud providers like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and non-SQL databases.
- Demonstrable experience with React.
- Familiarity with software design patterns such as Microservices and Domain-Driven Design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- German residency is required.
