Kalder is a leading fintech rewards platform that empowers brands to create automated partner rewards programs similar to Amex Rewards. Our platform enables brands to monetize and reward their top customers, generating significant revenue through partner commissions.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer at Kalder, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our platform. You will be responsible for owning features and areas of the codebase, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable. You will work closely with a small, dynamic team to build and enhance our platform, contributing to the democratization of fintech and rewards tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, and Next.js.
Work with PostgreSQL for database management and ensure efficient data handling.
Collaborate with the team to integrate smart contracts using Solidity.
Take ownership of features and areas of the codebase, improving and maintaining them.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality codebase.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly in early-stage teams.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL for database management.
Interest in integrating and working with smart contracts.
Passion for building scalable infrastructure and contributing to the brand and creator economy.
