Fullstack Developer (Ruby and JavaScript)

About the Role

We're currently seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer who will provide software design, development, and application support for the TAP (Trial Application Platform). TAP is a SaaS web application serving clients globally. Our platform offers flexibility, allowing almost any configuration to cover client needs without additional development efforts while adhering to strict industry regulations.

What You'll Do

Follow agile practices utilizing the scrum framework.
Work in a team of around 12 developers, mostly Full Stack, with resources and mentorship provided to learn new stacks.
Engage in feature development in cross-functional teams of up to 7 people.
Develop new and existing features to evolve the platform to meet new business cases.
Write testable and readable code, advocate for great UI and UX.
Perform code reviews, document system behavior, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with the Product team to find optimal solutions and break large projects into manageable, releasable parts.
Continuously improve code and product quality.

What We Look For

3+ years of experience as an Engineer/Developer.
Deep knowledge of Ruby, JavaScript, Rails, and React.
Experience writing meaningful tests for Ruby (Rspec or Minitest) and JavaScript (Jest and React Testing Library or Enzyme).
Good communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Ability to find the balance between ideal code and working code.
Experience structuring projects and finding technical solutions.
