About the Role
Are you a master of words with a passion for travel? We’re looking for a Head of Copy to lead our brand messaging at Daytrip. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our tone of voice is consistent and compelling across all communication channels and website.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Implement and uphold Daytrip’s tone of voice across all communications channels and platforms (web and apps).
- Craft Engaging Content: Write, review, and oversee copy for our website, marketing materials, blog posts, UX, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Define and Test USPs: Develop unique selling propositions for different audiences and products.
- Communicate with Different Audiences: B2C travelers, B2B partners, our drivers and also our employees.
- Support Customer Service: Create communication guides and training materials.
- Integrate with the Product Team: Collaborate daily to infuse our tone of voice into our website and mobile apps.
- Manage External Writers: Oversee external blog writers to ensure quality and consistency.
Who You Are
- Relevant experience as a copywriter, ideally having held a similar role before.
- Experience with brand identity and its implementation through all channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and UX writing, defining and testing USPs.
- Understanding of the global market, especially of the American audience is desirable.
- You're all about teamwork, just like us.
- Ownership and reliability towards the stakeholders and the team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Fluent in English (C2), ideally as a mother tongue.
