Role Overview
As the Growth Lead at Staycation, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our growth strategy. You will manage the Performance Marketing team and lead multi-disciplinary Growth squads (Product, Data, Dev), serving as a key pillar in our Growth organization and playing a crucial role in the AARRR funnel. You will report directly to Mathieu, the co-founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Definition: Conduct audits of channels and user journeys, segment users and customers, establish targets and success metrics.
- Strategy Implementation: Scale acquisition through new organic levers and master paid channels, optimize funnels, and support retention with a CRM approach.
- Team Supervision: Lead and individually support the Performance Marketing team (two members). Manage paid budgets and incentives, monitor and report on performance.
- Growth Squads Leadership: Define OKRs, build and prioritize the backlog, design and monitor experiments, and lead the squad.
- Growth Stack Management: Oversee tools and attribution, stay updated on regulations and platforms.
Key Results
- First 3 Months: Assess the state of our growth machine, including KPIs, channels, campaigns, segments, and journeys. Define the growth strategy, prioritize and launch initial opportunities. Take charge of team management.
- First 12 Months: Build a predictable, reliable, and scalable growth machine to meet volume, cost, and LTV objectives. Structure and manage the team to maximize impact and personal development. Maximize the impact of squads and establish your position as a growth reference at Staycation among the leadership team and external stakeholders.
Location
The position is based in Paris (20th district), with two days of remote work per week.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6 to 8 years of experience in growth, with a methodical and documented approach.
- Experience in mature, data-driven growth environments, ideally in a scale-up.
- Analytical and data-driven skills.
- Excellent technical mastery of Meta and Adwords channels, as well as CRM and lifecycle levers.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Ability to analyze and structure data.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience with tools like Customer.io, Branch, Metabase, or similar.
