As an Intern Backend Developer at DEPT®, you will be part of our Experience & Engineering business team. We pride ourselves on developing future-ready technical solutions and creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional digital experiences for clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com, and Just Eat Takeaway.
Job Purpose
During this internship, you’ll dive into backend development, becoming an integral part of our Technology Campus. This talent program is designed to mold you into a top-tier developer through professional training, interactive workshops on the latest technology, and intensive 1-on-1 guidance from experienced developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate different databases and services, ensuring data is in the right place at the right time.
- Work with CMSs, Algolia, Postgres, Stripe, and Redis.
- Collaborate with A-list clients such as bol.com, de Bijenkorf, Univé, and Etos.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
- Can communicate effectively in technical English.
- Has a strong portfolio or GitHub account.
- Is passionate about learning new frameworks.
- May already have experience as a part-time developer.
- Has an affinity with social media, advertising, and technology.
- Is available full-time from February 2025 for 5-6 months.
