We are seeking an enthusiastic Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team in Prague. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and strategy formulation, who is eager to develop their career in the consulting space. As a Data & AI Strategy Consultant, you will assist in providing strategic advice and execution direction to clients across various industries, helping them transform their businesses through innovative Data & AI processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior SMEs: Assist in the development of Data, Analytics, and AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Process Design: Help design processes that integrate new intelligence solutions across different business functions.
• Use Case Prioritization: Participate in defining and prioritizing industry-specific Data & AI use cases.
• Value Case Creation: Contribute to the creation of value cases for Data & AI initiatives and support in measuring realization.
• Enterprise Process Design: Help in the design and transformation of enterprise processes, blueprinting, high-level AI architecture concepts, and fostering innovation within Data & AI scopes.
• Operating Models: Support the development of Data & AI operating models and enablement strategies.
• Governance Frameworks: Assist in establishing and maintaining Data & AI governance frameworks.
• Organizational Planning: Contribute to the planning and strategy for Data & AI organization, talent development, and training programs.
• Change Management: Help manage the change journey in organizations adopting Data & AI, ensuring smooth transition and acceptance.
• Responsible AI: Participate in assessments and strategy formulations for Responsible AI, ensuring ethical considerations are met in engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a related field; experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in verbal and written Czech/Slovak is required.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one of the industries such as Financial Services, Products, Automotive, Communication & Media, Resources is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Data & AI solutions and their business applications, basic understanding of data platforms, software, and model selection processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest Data & AI trends and technologies.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently.
• Project Management: Basic project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
