Junior Consultant BPM - Academy
Alfa Group is seeking a Junior Consultant for our Business Process Management (BPM) Academy in Rome. This role is ideal for young talents interested in developing skills in BPM using our RHD platform. The program offers both practical and theoretical training, including classroom sessions and project work on real cases, with the potential for a subsequent internship.
Objectives of the Program
- Learn how to execute Business Process Management projects, optimize existing processes, and engineer new operational procedures.
- Develop specific skills in analyzing and monitoring business processes.
Activities and Responsibilities
- Collaborate in gathering and analyzing functional requirements for designing and reviewing business processes.
- Use modeling and simulation tools for engineering or reengineering business processes and procedures.
- Implement and monitor business processes using our Business Process Management System.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a scientific-technological discipline (preferably Computer Engineering, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics).
- Proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills
- Ability to analyze and represent processes with graphic modeling tools (Activity breakdown structure, Flow chart, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, MS IIS, and major market server applications.
