About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Junior Full Stack Developer to join our Machine Intelligence for LANguage (MILAN) team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the MILAN App, a critical tool used by healthcare professionals to review patient requests. As our user base expands to include Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy use cases, your contributions will directly impact patient care quality across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Enhance Application Features: Collaborate in the design and development of new features for the MILAN App, focusing on Outpatient, Inpatient, and Pharmacy modules.
- Implement Logging and Error Tracking: Ensure robust logging mechanisms are in place for optimal tracking and troubleshooting.
- User Interaction Analytics: Utilize analytics to understand user interactions and propose improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Performance Optimization: Work towards minimizing app loading times to enhance user experience.
- Security and Access Control: Implement and maintain user group controls to ensure secure access to relevant features and data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in full stack development, including JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and frameworks such as React or Angular. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and API integrations.
- Software Design: Strong understanding of secure, scalable software design principles.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
