Responsibilities
- Develop and operate a large-scale distributed platform.
- Utilize container orchestration, powered by substantial hardware resources running Linux across data centers and public clouds.
- Maintain a cloud-first mindset and apply infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
- Incorporate automation at scale.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and teams globally.
- Provide insightful and constructive code reviews.
- Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Experience with Python and/or Rust programming languages.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration.
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/GCP is a plus).
- Proficiency in version control systems.
- Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
