Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement: Develop and operate business applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using Agile Software Engineering practices.
- Technical Leadership: Make autonomous technical decisions and mentor team members.
- Research and Development: Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, conducting Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to enhance application capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work in a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and creativity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of relevant experience in software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming, RDBMS, and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with SAP HANA is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to learn new concepts quickly and work effectively in a team.
- Language: Fluency in English.
