What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Software Engineer to join our team and grow our product offering. If you are a results-driven software engineering leader with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Design and build new full-stack features for our DTC and B2B product offerings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Success, and Leadership to prioritize features and get requirements.
- Translate product requirements to technical designs.
- Create internal applications to assist our Wondermates and operational teams.
- Ensure data integrity and HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain systems operational internally and with partners.
What You Are Great At
- Owning the tech stack and making good technical decisions.
- Understanding how to build product.
- Translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Solving complex technical challenges in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Intimate knowledge of full-stack development, typescript, and CI/CD workflows.
- Have built and deployed large scale production applications to customers.
Ideally
- Worked in a healthcare related company.
- Worked at a startup.
- Built a software team.

Core: Typescript, Javascript, Next.js, React, Express, Nx, Prisma, Sequelize Devops: Datadog, Devcycle, Vercel, Github Actions, Aptible, AWS
