Osmind is a San Francisco–based public benefit corporation focused on advancing new evidence-generating medicine that helps people living with moderate to severe mental health conditions. Our platform is the first and only solution that solves specific challenges faced by neuropsychiatric clinics, spanning general psychiatry and interventional psychiatry (transcranial magnetic stimulation, ketamine, SPRAVATO®, psychedelic medicine, electroconvulsive therapy).
Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your strong pattern recognition skills to build SaaS applications that maintain the highest quality while effectively balancing complexity and speed of delivery. You will collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to produce a best-in-class software and product development process.

Requirements
- Quality-first mentality.
- Production SaaS software development experience.
- Inclination to collaborate and find trade-offs that balance complexity, quality, and speed of delivery.
- Strong competence in data modeling for relational databases.
- Interest in improving mental healthcare and the patient journey.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with our tech stack (TypeScript, JavaScript, React and React Native, Serverless Framework, Postgres, AWS Lambda, Node.js).
- Experience working on HIPAA-compliant applications in the healthcare space or other highly regulated industries.
