We are actively seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the 'embedded finance' revolution.
Role Summary
As a Lead Software Engineer at Intergiro, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, testing, and delivery of your product. You will own the architecture and processes within your team and collaborate closely with the Product Manager to manage your team's roadmap and output.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software solutions.
- Mentor and support other developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovation.
- Work with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of backend experience with technologies like Node.js and SQL.
- Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed architecture and domain-driven design.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
